New South Wales

CityRail has issued a DL size 80pp temporary timetable booklet for South Line / Airport and East Hills Line / Southern Highlands Line for the period 2-18 January 2008, with a revised train timetable during trackwork between Glenfield and Goulburn. The booklet also includes timetables for replacement bus services between Goulburn, Campbelltown and Glenfield/East Hills.

Limited AM peak train services will operate from Macarthur to the City via East Hills only, and vice versa in the PM peak.

The T80 Liverpool - Parramatta T-way operated to a special timetable on the weekdays Mon 24 - Fri 28 Dec 2007, as well as a reduced timetable for both Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Both PDFs were available on the 131500 website.

Sydney Ferries.
Sydney Ferries Summer Services Guide 2007/08 - 28pp DL booklet listing various service changes for all ferry routes from 22 Dec 07 to 28 Jan 08. Each route has details of relevant service changes, including a temporary timetable (eg Manly and Darling Harbour) and details of times for Boxing Day/NYE/Australia Day services.

ACTION has released a 56-page booklet outlining their revised Christmas period timetables for Canberra on the non-holiday weekdays from Christmas Eve (24) to Friday 28 December.

Victoria

This year Connex will continue to operate its normal timetable throughout the Christmas and New Year period "in acknowledgement of the huge increase in patronage..."

Ivanhoe Bus Company's website states that their Christmas Holiday Timetables will apply from 31/12/07 until 25/1/08.

Morelandbus' Summer Holiday Timetable will operate from 27th December 2007 to Saturday 19th January 2008. There will be no service on route 510 & 512 on the following dates:

Christmas Day - 25th December 2007.
Boxing Day - 26th December 2007.
New Years Day - 1st January 2008.

Nationalbus will operate Summer Holiday timetables from 24/12/07 until 11/1/08. In additon, on Christmas Day special timetables will apply, other than on Routes 304 & 307 which will run Sunday timetables.

The following timetable arrangements will apply during the holiday season on V/line services:

Mon 24 Dec: Christmas Eve Normal train and coach services will operate.
Tue 25 Dec: Christmas Day A special Christmas Day timetable will run on Christmas Day.
Wed 26 Dec: Boxing Day - Public Holiday timetable will apply. This is similar to a Saturday timetable, but with additional and altered coaches.
Thu 27 – Sun 30 Dec: Normal train and coach services will operate.
Mon 31 Dec - New Year’s Eve: Normal train and coach services will operate plus additional late night services, as per the regular Friday night timetable.
Tue 1 January 2008 - New Year’s Day: Public Holiday timetable will apply. This is similar to a Saturday timetable, but with additional and altered coaches.

Capital Link and Murraylink These coach services will operate altered and additional services as follows:
Capital Link: Canberra to Melbourne via Bairnsdale and Cann River

Tue 25 Dec: no service will operate
Wed 26 Dec: 09:30 Canberra to Melbourne (Sunday timetable applies – arrives into Southern Cross 5 minutes later than normal Wed timetable.)
Thu 27 – Mon 31 Dec: Normal timetable applies.
Tue 1 Jan: 09:30 Canberra to Melbourne (Sunday timetable applies – arrives into Southern Cross 5 minutes later than normal Tue timetable.)

Murraylink: Albury to Mildura

Tue 25 Dec: no service will operate
Wed 26 Dec: Holiday timetable applies.
Thu 27 – Mon 31 Dec: Normal timetable applies.
Tue 1 Jan: Holiday timetable applies.

Yarra Trams holiday timetables will be as follows:
CHRISTMAS-NEW YEAR TRAM SERVICES

25 December – Christmas Day – Sunday frequency (City Circle not operating)
26 December – Boxing Day – Saturday frequency plus extra trams for the cricket
27 December – Saturday frequency plus extra trams for the cricket
28 December – Saturday frequency plus extra trams for the cricket
29 December – Saturday frequency plus extra trams for the cricket
30 December – Sunday frequency
31 December – Saturday frequency with extra services for New Year celebrations (all night).
1 January – Sunday frequency

Tram services will run to a special holiday timetable from 2 to 11 January 2008. On weekdays, trams will run to a Saturday frequency with extra services during morning and evening peaks.
